There’s something sacred about a mother’s love — the way she holds you, teaches you, prays for you, and pours herself into every moment, even the hardest ones. As Mother’s Day approaches, I’ve been reflecting on what that love means… and what it continues to mean, even for those of us whose mothers are no longer here.
Whether your mom is a daily phone call, a cherished memory, or the whisper of encouragement in your heart, she deserves to be honored, remembered, and celebrated. Moms are our first teachers, our first protectors, and often, our quiet heroes.
This season, let’s pause to say thank you.
Not just with flowers or cards — but with moments of creativity, connection, and love.

A Note to Those Missing Their Mothers
If, like me, this day feels a little different now — know you’re not alone. The pain of losing a mother never fully goes away. It changes you. But so does her love. We carry her in everything — the way we love, give, and dream.
Let’s take this time to honor the memories, cherish the photos, share her recipes, or light a candle in her name. Even in grief, we can celebrate the love that never left.
